Ten Reasons Why Shurmur Needs To Be Fired

1. He sucks H&H's dicks every other day to keep his job.

2. He and Holmgren share the same sports agent. Collusion much?

3. He lacks the ability of probabilistic reasoning (especially with regards to 2 point conversions)

4. He lacks any and all football savvy

5. He lacks any respect for the Browns faithful by showing a will to not lose instead of a will to win

6. Haslam, unlike Lerner, gives two shits about the NFL and subsequently will not deal with long-term shit from either the players or coaching staff

7. Shurmur lacked any head coaching experience in the first place

8. His QB formation savvy has produced the likes of... Colt McCoy, Sam Bradford (who has yet to really show anything and ironically is one of the reasons why the Browns picked him up), and Brandon Weeden (who at no point since preseason has shown any promise whatsoever)

9. He claims in press conferences that he is "excited for next week" after having coached one of the worst coached games in Browns history

10. He has three colleagues (Childress, Holmgren, Jauron) that undeniably could coach better than he can.

 

This guy has an attitude when no one wants it and is an Eric Mangini when everyone wants more. Fuck him.
