The Browns need a guy who is UNPROVEN, a GUY WHO IS HUNGRY, A guy not even on YOUR radar or ANY of ours radar. The BRowns need to hire a guy who has his own set of values, his own way of doing things AND...... a fire in his belly to show the world he is somebody. Whe Cowehr was hired, he was a nothing, when Bill b was hired, he was a nothing, an assistant. What is it about hiring guys who are retired that doesn't sink through your thick head? The things tha made Cowher great, the things that put a fire in his belly, all that crazy over the top emotion that was his trademark? That is never going to happen again in his lifetime. Don't you see that this is why Holmgren failed? Dude, it s like the excitement of screwing a woman for the first time. five year later? YOU aren't going to have the same bone for the chick. Cowher is DONE, GRUDEN is DONE and he sucks the penis of other coaches. We need our OWN Cowher............. someone NOT ON OUR RADAR. and you have tried to find them coach after coach after coach after coach after coach!..get the point?.. Hiring a guy like Cower and and the high profile expectations a guy like that would immediately put on the face of the Browns franchise, is priceless..they keep bringin in these busllsh*t coaching whiff's and strike out all the time..hiring Cowher, yes, would feel like, as a Browns fan taking the Steelers Sloppy seconds....but it may bring in some name players to follow, with T Rich, and Cowher and Weeden, hopefully bright future...it's not a bad shot to take.. who else would you put on the sidelines?...really sombody from the organization?...there in lies the problem. Just think of the renewed rivalry with Pittsburgh..would be fantastic thing to do..and please don't give me, they already have a rivalry...dude..that's been dead for a long time. Is this a guy that perhaps makes a better HC than OC? He didn't do that well as OC here...or in Pisstown. Yet he is winning in Indy. So, What's up with that? Is it just Andrew Luck, or what? We'll know the Monday following week 17. BTW, if Shurmer had already lost the locker room, he would have been fired during this bye week period. Don't necessarily agree with that. Haslam said he would not fire Shurmur during the season and I'd hate to see him contradict himself, plus do we really want him to come in and his first move being that sort of knee jerk reaction?
