We should actually probably turn him over to the Afghans. We can't afford to go easy on this piece of shit. We would demand justice if the situation were reversed. However, turning him over to the Afghans, as much as I might otherwise agree, would set a dangerous precedent over other alleged incidences. Apparently, he was shooting at anything that moved.
