They have to go through the "protocol". The protocol could clear him as soon as Tuesday/Wed. Campbell did not pass the protocol last week, but he could pass it this week and start. Would have been the best Qb on this team for the past two years. Unreal they shipped him out for some goofball Rookie Qb that now nobody likes. Second of all, he's already signed. Third of all, we've got two quarterbacks on the roster better than him (Hoyer, Campbell) and two first round draft picks so there is no room for Noodle next year either.
