If you're lucky, some people might mention Philly. Of course, you'll get alaska - "it's just the arctic, right?" and hawaii "volcanoes and grass skirts," but just talking mainland here. I have to imagine the Brits have some feelings about New England! I enjoyed my trip to Old England. Hope to go again as an adult. All I can remember is the taxi-driver who looked like George R.R.
