I'd say America is just average intelligence.

I think if you did that for any country the results would be pretty similar, to be honest. Most people like to think of themselves as above average.

What insights do you take by breaking it down? What strikes you?

The West thinks they're smart, while the South is just cool with average.

 

Wealthy people think they're more intelligent (which probably isn't incorrect)

 

Whites consider themselves to be smarter than minorities consider themselves to be.

I think it's a little slanted as the only minorities mentioned are the two most prone to underachievement. I think you might get a different result if you added Asians Arabs and Jews.

Actually I'm just talking about minorities. I certainly wouldn't consider Jewish a race.

I guess it's how far you want to break down race. North American Indians? East Indians? Celts? Scandinavian? African? At any rate I don't particularly consider African Americans a race. I would call them a subculture and pay part of the Negro race. Same, maybe, for Hispanics from South America, Mexico, Spain?

I don't really consider them other then white. What is an Indian? Are they Asian? How about Ethiopian? They look like white people with black skin. Greek? Italian? Shit, lets call every country a race.

The US government considers Arabs as Caucasians which is why you never see it listed as a "race" on any government forms. I think that Arabs have enough distinguishing features that are different from both whites and blacks that it should be its own distinct race. I don't think that it is a coincidence that Arabs are both geographically and morphoIogically "in-between" blacks and whites. I don't think a group of people need to be a certain race to be a minority, though.
