So I saw that there is another company in this as well, Conestoga Wood Specialties. They asked for the same exception as Mennonites. Another mennonite belief is pacifism. Does that mean they should be exempt from paying for any amount of taxes that goes to the military as well?

Given this ruling, they probably would have a case.

They and some other religions were exempt from the military draft.

 

Also hobby lobby still pays taxas part of which goes to provide portion.
