The only thing that's not true about what you said is that moderate Muslims aren't doing anything about it. There are tons doing things about it, including the UAE pilot that dropped bombs on ISIL. But the media here rarely covers anything good Muslims do. What you should be asking is why isn't it covered. Even when it is reported, it seems to fall on deaf ears save for the people like Woody and Chris who are predisposed to see things in a more nuanced light.
