BrownIndian
Pittsburgh are the champions. forget them. Ravens have lost Rex Ryan, their defensive guru and looking at the Rey Lewis situation he is going to be traded or cut. That lives a major dent in their defense. Bengals who are outta luck in 08 are all set to lose Houshmandadeh unless they pay him big bucks. And with our team so down and no where to go but up, and an easier schedule. Are we looking at being the prime contender for the Steelers this year ?

Gips
As a realist we will be doing good to go 7-9 as our team stands right now.. But as a fan theres much that can and will happen before the season so im optimistic but we still need to see the mankok team in action and the moves they make to be more accurate at projecting rather we can begin our escape from the nfl jail... Mark O
According to Bill Cowher, the Bengals are going to be very good next year. People have been saying that next year is the Bengals year for about the last 5 offseasons. They still have no defense and who knows how healthy Carson Palmer is after last season. Palmer was out for effectively the whole season and they finished AHEAD of Clev . A lot of ? no doubt , but they have a good nucleus on D and Palmer (if he's healthy) is much better than any QB in Cleveland
Zombo
Palmer (if he's healthy) is much better than any QB in Cleveland Wasn't he healthy in 07? Our QB was in the Pro Bowl, didn't see him there. Palmer has had weapons coing out of ass, yet just one winning season. He wouldn't have fared any better in the Browns 08 cockpit than DA or BQ did ... it was a mess ... everything from the coaching to the drops to the running game. Lack of talent at the QB position is not the Browns problem, as you will see in 09, I'm sure of it. Zombo
