Why again couldnt Hoyer play with shoulder soreness? He was slammed twice in the panthers game landing on his throwing shoulder. I can't believe this has to be spelled out for you but a QB can't throw very well when the arm he uses to throw is messed up. He lacks power and accuracy when healthy. He couldn't play. Small, not so strong arm, but has a lot of good aspects to his game and will make everything he can of his talents. He seems to be a hard worker that will give his all, he is a fighter for sure.
