calfoxwc Posted February 18, 2015 Report Share Posted February 18, 2015 The only reason I would know of, and that's far fetched, is that to assist with intel would give away the depth of the ability of the U.S. to gather information. But then, what good is it, when we don't want to have to fight the war by ourselves with our own amazing intel?
