Canadian Judge rules on Muslim women wearing scarf in court

They probably think she could hide an Uzi in her babushka.

The article stated that it was about not giving one group of people, in this case a Muslim, special privileges. In court you have to adhere to a dress code. This applies to everyone! It's called "respect". The judge held her ground so as not to set a precedent that would diminish the law.
