Gips Posted March 2, 2009 Report Share Posted March 2, 2009 Im glad lerner avoided mcdaniels he has spent a ton of money on questionable at best talent and is making a lot of newbie coach mistakes as to be expected..mankok is staying poised and professional and obviously true to their word about building from the draft and using FA sparingly... Its hard to get use to though im so use to the savage FA blitzcreigs and news grabs and now we arent big players in the FA game but to be honest this years FA talent is shoddy and overpriced im looking forward to the draft where real solidity is built! The word is out dont apply in cleveland unless you want to work hard.. The savage motto of: "Bring us your old vets and untalented rejects and we will give them a big payday and a nice warm place on the bench" are over..
