I think Justin could work as a stopgap while we develop a drafted WR. Reggie is young so I'm sure he'll be pursued by a few teams, but he's regressed as far as production from his rookie season. It seems tha the Titans are willing to let him walk also. I don't know a whole lot about him but he has moved around a lot, for whatever reason. In 2003 on the last game of the fantasy football season he returned a punt on Monday night that won me about $1000. It got me in the playoffs and then I won it all. He deserves it.
