bbedward
Pretty good compilation of interviews about Trump trashing our countries leaders since 1980 and bad policy decisions, etc. Makes Trump look a lot more consistent than people give him credit for. Clevfan4life
If he picks rand as his vp im gonna have things to think about. I just heard on the radio about his meeting with ryan, ryans people said it went well but they're still apart on things like social security that ryan want privatized but trump doesnt. Trump should have more meetings with ryan he looks better every time he wslks out. Maybe trump is the guy that brings the rep party more to the middle..... Paul Ryan is all about cutting all social programs even though he relied on them to get to where he is today. Trump has been pretty strong on not cutting things like social security, which is likely why he's the first republican in a looooong time to get support from union/working class people. rand paul ? nutjob, and a screwball. nah. Rand is a nutjob but Ted Cruz isn't? I disagree with Rand's domestic policy (as well as most other republicans), but he was the most sensible one when it came to foreign affairs by far. VP is more of a strategical pick though - and a kentucky senator probably isn't going to bring much to the table. I'd prefer to see somebody like Rand as SoS. calfoxwc
I'm sorry, where was it in the article that Trump is meeting with Ted Cruz to maybe have him as VP ??? I missed it, perhaps? https://today.yougov.com/news/2015/10/23/rand-pauls-foreign-policy-woes/ http://www.businessinsider.com/rand-paul-israel-aid-missile-defense-2013-1 I have tried to be a big Rand Paul supporter... but Ron Paul was impossible. And Rand has said stupid stuff that doesn't reflect what he really means. and he hasn't figured it out yet. Being an isolationist - let's problems fester and grow into huge problems. All Clinton did was to lob a few missils into the desert. bin laden and co laughed, and a few years later, we got hit on 9/11. Rand Paul's concrete isolationist attitude, and weird singling out Israel for foreign aid drops... is nutjob. He wanted to cut ALL foreign aid. There are countries we should drop, I'm sure.... but singling out Israel? but he seems to be coming around to the real world. The trouble is, he's seen as a isolationist and as a flip-flopper on some issues, like Israel. That's troubling. http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter/statements/2014/aug/07/rand-paul/did-rand-paul-propose-cutting-aid-israel/ http://www.msnbc.com/rachel-maddow-show/rand-paul-struggles-badly-israel-flip-flop
