I would think that Americans defending Americans would be the goal of National Security. And the previous point that in America black people seem to be more monolithic in their opinions than whites. Japan has been a steady economic decline over 20 years, and per capita income is down almost 10% since 1990. People have high debts, terrible work life balance, overt instances of sexual abuse in public spaces, and overt racism. One of the factors causing this by most experts in the field?
