Louisiana- (Ammoland.com)- Socialists are desperate for a distraction. Gun control is just the distraction they need .. and nothing more. Hillary Clinton said she was an enemy of the NRA. In fact, the NRA is one of the groups Secretary Clinton is proudest to call an enemy. I’ve yet to hear a “gun control” proposal Secretary Clinton doesn’t support. I don’t think guns are the real issue. Clinton’s war on guns is simply smoke and mirrors to distract the voters and the media from failed Socialist policies. Gun laws don’t matter once Socialists have destroyed a city.

The most violent cities in the US have been ruled by Socialists for decades. In contrast, the most gun friendly cities in the US rank as some of the safest places in the world. The problem isn’t guns. Here is what Hillary is trying to hide.

We’ve tried Socialism. It failed. Look across the US. Los Angeles, Saint Louis, Chicago, Detroit and Baltimore were once among the wealthiest cities in the US. Today, those cities are bleeding debt and people. These cities have been ruled by Socialists for decades. What happened?

To begin, these socialists piled regulations onto businesses. The excuse is public safety. The reality is political kickbacks. Just as each tax-break generates a political donation, so each new regulation generates a bribe political donation. That is why these cities are so corrupt, as business have to pay bribes to stay open. The politicians won, but the citizens lost as businesses closed.

Unemployment soared in these Socialist cites. Sure, people wanted to work, but Socialist politicians outlaws employment.. unless the politicians got their cut. That is how Socialism works. That is the Chicago Way. Addiction soared as people medicated their despair.

Families broke up or never formed under the burden of unemployment and addiction. Single moms went on welfare.. and stayed there. The only growth industries under President Barack Obama have been unionized government employees, and those on welfare and food stamps. The results are entirely predictable.

Crime soared. Gangs stepped in to raise and employ fatherless boys. No amount of law enforcement and social services can civilize a generation of fatherless children.

Are you going to believe political spin, or your own eyes? Look at the record. Socialism kills thousands of people in American cities each year. It is an election year, and Socialist politicians needed someone to blame.. other than themselves. They blamed honest gun owners for their failed cities. I’m sorry, but gun laws don’t matter after you’ve destroyed a city.

Louisiana- (Ammoland.com)- Social theorists want to believe that gun control reduces violence. They think that criminals who break the law will, for some reason, obey the next gun law. These social theorists also hate the idea of armed civilians. Let’s look a little closer at what gun-haters say and do.

Criminals don’t buy guns legally. It may shock you that criminals break the law, but it’s an established fact. It sounds depressing at first, but it also has a silver lining for honest civilians. Yes, criminals break the law. That means the laws regulating guns and honest gun owners are ineffective. Those laws don’t reduce crime. Said another way, we can get rid of the laws on gun registration and crime won’t increase. Criminals don’t take mandatory background checks either. That means we can eliminate the laws on regulating honest gun owners, and crime won’t go up. There is less here than meets the eye.

Gun control activists knew this all along. Michael Beard was the executive director of the Coalition to Stop Gun Violence. Michael said,

“I would agree that clearly, no law is going to prevent criminals from getting handguns or any kind of weapons they want.. You can’t stop criminals from getting guns. ”

I take Michael Beard at his word.

The police say that armed self-defense works. Cops want to be armed on the job .. and off. Deputies and officers want their wives, sons, and daughters to be armed as well. They want honest civilians like us to be armed so we can protect ourselves until the police arrive.

Don’t confuse what the cop on the beat says with what an appointed Chief of Police is told to say. The two are very different.

There is more good news. Armed women are ten times less likely to be raped if they defend themselves with a gun. You don’t have to believe me. You can believe the FBI report on sexual assault in 26 US cities.

Socialist cities in the US have some of our strictest gun laws. Those cities where guns are banned are among of the most violent cities in the US. In contrast, consider conservative cities where guns are plentiful. They are some of the safest places on earth. Socialism crushes opportunity and causes violent crime. Not guns.

Why do Socialists direct so much hate on honest gun owners if guns don’t cause crime? Socialists want an all-powerful government. To be more precise, they want an all-powerful government that they control. Socialists want a nation of weak citizens .. so they can feel safe. At a fundamental level, Socialists don’t trust their neighbors.

That is almost funny given that the socialists are the ones killing people. It would be funny except for the lives lost and ruined, and that is never funny.

Socialists kill thousands each year here in the US. At the same time these Socialists see the National Rifle Association as a subversive force in society. The rest of us see the NRA as a civil-rights group who teaches our sons and daughters how to use a gun safely and effectively for self-defense.

When I think about it, teaching armed defense to civilians is subversive after all. I like it, but then again, I’m not a Socialist.

So let me ask an honest to God question: what's the answer? I assume you, like me, have a serious problem with the amount of gun violence in this country. We can't just let these tragedies happen over and over and over again and simply go "oh well, what are you gonna do!"

 

I'm not talking gun control, I'm asking because I still can't create a great answer. Usually, I'm all for the understanding of the 1% rule meaning that a fringe 1% of people shouldn't dictate the policies for the rest. But this fringe group is the ones killing children in schools and people in church. I just don't know, but doing nothing can't be the right answer either.

I think serious research needs to be done on the meds some people

with problems are taking.

 

It seems to be a common thread. And education to children about

understanding problem resolution, depression feelings, anger,

and about gun safety, and responsible behavior toward others.

 

liberals have sickenly politicized school violence - trying use it against millions of

decent, excellent regular American gun owners.

 

But treat the disease, not the symptom. It has never been about gun owning.

Whether it's a case of bullying, failure, anger, social alienation, illegal drug use, prescription psychiatric drugs, failure to fit in.....there are some students, and people out there, who

go off the deep end, and murder to solve some problem or problems.

 

There's serial killers, some psycho goes desperate and poisons, shoots, strangles, rams, drowns

(reference to "Swamp Murders" on tv....), fights,

 

Seems related to a severe lack of respect for self, and others, by the violent offender, and by

other people who antagonized the violent offender - referring to bullying.

 

Serious, vicious bullying is so much easier anymore. A hundred demeaning txt's, ridicule online,

bigger schools, easier to not fit in. Back in the day, pretty much any student could be in the school play.

or play sports.

 

But these big schools - it seems that it is so much harder to fit in, take part. Society is larger.

Some are misfits that react in serrious anger and violently acting out.

 

or murdering out of greed or hate..... too bad it became a leftwing political gambit. Too sad.

I've tried to get an answer to that before but the only answer is a wild west situation.

 

Right, in theory the idea of "arm more good people with guns so bad people get taken down" sounds great, but would that even work? I have serious doubts. But then also, 99.5% of gun owners do the right things (that's an educated guess).
