U cant lock a dude in a closet even if he did actually do something, which this guy didnt. 4 days? So the cleveland tax payer made it right to the tune of 22m. And these guys still have jobs with the city of cleveland? Wit part of the story am i missing here? How are people not sitting in jail themsrlves for this?
