She's not going to get indicted because of who's running the show at the moment, but if she did Bernie wouldn't fare as well as polls show now. Nobody's slammed him for being a socialist (maybe popular amongst 18-20 year olds), for being unemployed for 30 years, accomplishing nothing in the senate - destroying the audit the fed bill, renaming a couple post offices, being a horrible person to work with, paying family members pretty hefty salaries to work on his campaign. He's taken a ton of money from the unemployed and lower class - and he's redistributed it to the wealthy (and has paid his family good amounts of it too).
