“And it proves, in the last place, that liberty can have nothing to fear from the judiciary alone, but would have everything to fear from its union with either of the other departments.” Alexander Hamilton, Federalist No. 78, 1788

“If it be asked, What is the most sacred duty and the greatest source of our security in a Republic? The answer would be, An inviolable respect for the Constitution and Laws — the first growing out of the last…. A sacred respect for the constitutional law is the vital principle, the sustaining energy of a free government.” Alexander Hamilton, Essay in the American Daily Advertiser, Aug 28, 1794

when dems are in the majority, they leave republicans out of everything.

when dems are the minority, they act like they are the majority, and bitch

and moan and play "we are the majority"

but power is no game. They want all of it, any way they can get it.

and stacking the Supreme Court with activist, anti-Constitution liberal/marxist judges is

another way for them to do it.

Why, if they could get garland, they WILL overrule the 2nd..and maybe the 1st amendment.

but they would overrule this one first, if they could:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twenty-second_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution

taking away rights from the people, to keep power, is what marxists have done

throughtout history.

because marxism/socialism is a necessary step towards communism. It's just true.

Hard core liberals would love a dictatorship...run by a hard core liberal.

until they decide it isn't a good idea after all. Then, it's too late for everyone.
