Maybe the solution is to actually create ghettos in the innercities with absolutely no police and no laws whatsoever. All black people, or anyone else, who choose to, can live there, and may enter and exit those areas but do so at their own risk while inside those boundaries. That will guarantee that no more innocent people will be gunned down in cold blood by police officers, as well as reducing the expense of sending the justice department and MSNBC camera crews in on a regular basis. Don't get me wrong I don't suggest segregation but anyone who chooses to live or travel outside these areas will be subject to the laws of the city and the state. On Monday, Ballwin Police Chief Kevin Scott reported that, though Officer Flamion is receiving excellent treatment for wounds to his neck, it is expected that he will require, " extensive long-term care." A gunshot to the left side of his neck caused injuries to his spinal cord. Flamion remains on a ventilator and responds to questions with nods and tries to mouth words. Ballwin Police Chief Kevin Scott says, "He will forever be a Ballwin officer, no questions asked." According to police, Flamion was shot from behind as he walked back to his car after stopping Antonio Taylor for speeding in the 300 block of New Ballwin Road.
