WPB Dawg Fan
Does this tell us anything? 2006 #4 D.Ferguson (T)(starter) #29 N.Mangold ©(starter) #49 K.Clemens (QB) #76 A.Schlegel (LB) #97 E.Smith (DB) 2007 #14 D.Revis (CB)(starter) #47 D.Harris (ILB)(starter) 2008 #6 V.Gholston (LB) #30 D.Keller (TE)nice stats in his rookie year, 6 starts, 48 receptions, 535yds, 11.1ave, 3 TD's Out of his picks in the top 50, only 1 is not a starter now...and that is Gholston. I for one would not be surprised to see Gholston have a breakout year this year. The other thing I get out of this is: ZERO WR's in the top 100 picks ZERO RB's in the top 100 picks T/C/TE (offensive line) each addressed in the first round 3 LB's chosen 2 DB's chosen What this means to me is: 1. Curry is likely high on the list 2. Crabtree is likely NOT on the list 3. Orakpo may be down on the list due to the Gholston issue 4. Even with Pennington (not a GREAT QB) he resisted a high round QB...so forget about Sanchez 5. 4 out of 5 (if Gholston gets going 5 out of 5) first rounders are STARTERS
