the problem lies with the KIND OF EXEC ORDERS. It's one thing to exec order a twist

to a law for good reason, backed by bipartisan congress...

and another to be an obaMao dicktater.

But, do go ahead and be stupid about it.

you're being stupid.

Obama has issued 195 executive orders as of Tuesday. Published alongside them in the Federal Register are 198 presidential memoranda — all of which carry the same legal force as executive orders. He's already signed 33% more presidentialmemoranda in less than six years than Bush did in eight.Dec 17, 2014

Why would anything backed by bipartisan congress need an executive order?

Of course Woody's chart came from the dsilly dot, which might be too small to have made his bullshit detector list.

But regardless of that in this case the story and the headline are congruous.

In the Obama's statement doesn't really appear to be outrageous does it? So why question the story?

I think an order is for things like if the president is working late and they need take out. Obama did it less than W because obviously he's a slacker. A memo is like when he needs to set up a tee time, hence why there's loads of them.

because if Congress passes a law, the pres can tweak it if necessary.

Tweak doesn't = make new laws by exec order, force political agenda crap down

Congress's throat because you couldn't get them to do what you wanted.
