But Trump quickly turned the tables on Muir with a response that I thought was brilliant: Now that was awesome! Muir tries to put Trump on the defensive about protesters, but Trump turns it around and puts Muir on the defensive about the fact that the media won’t cover the pro-life March that happens in DC every year. They only way Trump could outdo himself here is to actually speak at the pro-life march tomorrow. We REALLY saved America. I get more and more impressed with Trump all the time. For years there have been huge crowds of pro life people for the Right to Life march in DC and the MSM always gave it the minimal amount of coverage and it was a one day story at best. Compare that with the women's march which got huge coverage the day it happened and has gotten continual coverage day after day since. I was glad to see Trump make that point. Apparently never in the history of the March for Life has a sitting Vice President ever addressed the prolife demonstration. And Mike Pence is going to be the first. Marc Lotter, a spokesman for the vice president, said Pence would appear in person. “We are very pleased to welcome Vice President Mike Pence to speak at this year’s March for Life. His appearance marks a historic moment for the pro-life movement as Vice President Pence will be the first vice president or president to speak at the March for Life,” Jeanne Mancini, president of the March for Life, said in a statement. Presidents Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush addressed the event via telephone but did not attend. Pence is an ardent opponent of abortion and signed some of the most restrictive abortion legislation into law while serving as governor of Indiana. One of the more obvious examples of the left-wing bias of the media is that they barely cover the enormous prolife march on Washington, but run to document even the smallest left-wing protest of unbathed socialist scummy hipsters. I’m thinking they’re going to have a tough time ignoring it this year.
