Just glancing at it. It doesn't seem to be much of an improvement for people not eligible for free medical care. We should just go the European/Japanese way and make it government controlled health insurance for all.

Well, this leaked draft is supposedly only a rough draft of the GOP's ACA replacement, dated Feb 10, but at first glance, it doesn't seem to an improvement at all over what's currently in place. However, I'll full reserve judgement until the final version of the bill is released to the public.
