It amazes me how Obama was able to keep any kind of special prosecutor to investigate any of the scandals under his watch but the biggest part of that is simply due to his cronies he appointed as AG like Holder and Lynch. Trump in only 4 months gets tagged with a special prosecutor with only the flimsiest of evidence. That is because republicans tend to play by the rules and Sessions stepped down due to appearance of conflict of interest but that doesn't stop a special prosecutor being appointed who is best friends with James Comey.
