Obviously we have not succeeded at developing a quarterback so the tried and true way of the Browns selecting their guy and developing him has not worked. So to be a sarcastic arsehole back, please oh please tell me when the browns have successfully developed a quarterback? Put a guy like cousins who can play at the NFL level and has proven it on the team and keep building the rest of the team. Is it your freaking money going to Cousins?
