It's been almost two years since the polls were proven wrong and Donald Trump became President of the United States of America. But in stark contrast to George Washington's unprecedented, yet peaceful passing of the presidential scepter to John Adams, the change in the Oval Office set off an unrelenting stream of vile behavior and demagoguery from a band of radicals that call themselves the #Resistance.
 Cries of resistance continue to echo across Twitter, throughout newsrooms, in the Nation's capital, and even in the White House itself. The main goal of these operatives has been to fight back against what they claim is the so-called fascism of a free and fair election and to keep the country coasting towards a liberal utopia a la the European Union.

They've accused him of everything from racism and sexism, Islamophobia and xenophobia. They've accused him of tearing our democracy apart at the seams. They've even accused him as having psychological tendencies akin to North Korea's dictator.
These charges of fascism were followed up with swift actions. Prominent Democrat leaders such as Maxine Waters called for harassment of Republican officials and the head of Donald Trump. Radical leftists called for the sexual assault of the president's son. Nancy Pelosi questioned her constituency's failure to riot in response to Trump.

Leftist hate groups like Antifa attack reporters in the streets, some even saying they'd assault President Trump if they were given the chance. The media responded to these incidents only with a slap on the wrist, a wink, and a nod. Contributors to the network went unchecked as they debased Trump supporters, branding them as "bad guy" and as "evil."

Elizabeth Warren and Chuck Schumer have chipped in with calls to disarm the public, to wrest away Americans' hard-earned money, to force citizens to purchase insurance they don't want, to strong-arm businesses to conduct their affairs in ways they don't agree with.
There was no stopping the #Resistance. From sunrise to sunset, they would fight fascism—

With fascism.

It's a rare occasion when a non-ruling power is able to enact authoritarianism as heavily as the Democrats have. In reality, losing the presidential election, the House, and the Senate has only emboldened their resolve to maintain a tyrannical and violent stranglehold of opposing voices.

And that fascistic resolve has been on full display throughout the nomination and confirmation hearings of Judge Brett Kavanaugh. From day one, Democrats slandered anyone who supported Kavanaugh's confirmation as "complicit in evil." They blackmailed sitting US senators, they occupied government buildings, they forced Kavanaugh's daughters out of the hearing, and they arrived by the busloads to disrupt the proceedings.

By all accounts, Dana Loesch was absolutely right when she said that the hearings have been a circus act. Even Grant Stinchfield didn't shy away from describing the entire affair as Democrat-induced pandemonium.
The treatment of Brett Kavanaugh is nothing short character assassination.

At no point in his professional life—not when he stood for the bar, not when he was nominated to a federal court, not when he underwent an FBI background check ahead of his Supreme Court nomination—did any inkling of a criminal background arise.

Yet, in a last-ditch effort to spare Roe v. Wade, to dilute the Second Amendment, and obliterate Originalism, the Democrats have embraced Machiavelli's credo and have unleashed a brand of totalitarianism that has yet to be seen in this country.

Claims of Trump's being a fascist have become ironic, but not of the comedic type. Braying out of both sides of their mouths, Democrats denounce Trump's fascism all while employing authoritarian tactics of their own.

In their quest to derail the Trump presidency and swing the political pendulum to the radical left, in their mission to destroy Brett Kavanaugh, in their pursuit to stomp out any political dissent, the Democrats crowned themselves tyrants of the justice system. And in so doing, they have cemented authoritarianism as the foundational principle of their political platform.

Single handedly, the Democrats are destroying our democracy.
