In Spain there is Movistar (it comes from móvil=cell phone star, not from movie star), a private cable company, which I guess airs a game from each schedule time (TNF, Sunday 1, 4, SNF, MNF). I started watching NFL on their channel (and earlier Canal Plus), back when I only watched the Superbowl (I only watched it for 7 years before I started watching other american football games).
