This is why the democrats did their worst to falsely destroy and derail the Kavanaugh nomination. They know cases like this are probably going to wind up in the Supreme Court and the last thing they want are judges who follow the constitution and interpret the law instead of legislating from the bench. If Trump wins in 2020  he can do a lot of good for the country with his appointment of constitutional believing judges on the federal courts. I have a good idea of how Obama appointed judges will rule on the 2A.
