There is no danger. 5G waves have less energy (longer wavelength) than visible light. It takes energy to break chemical bonds such as those found in DNA, and any waves with a longer wavelength than ultraviolet waves (all visible light, radio waves, microwaves) do not have the energy to break the chemical bonds found in the human body. 

Xrays and gamma rays have an extremely short wavelength and do cause damage.
