oh, keep quiet woodypeckerhead, intelligent people are having a conversation.

As long as Pres Trump is doing excellently right by America, I'm good.

My ideal candidate would have been Sen. John Thune.

But he didn't run. Why would he? he will be destroyed with false accusations, go through hell,

and his family will be attacked endlessly with fake destructive lies, etc etc etc etc etc.

So, we were left with Pres Trump or Senator Ted Cruz. I preferred Ted Cruz.

To me, John Thune is going to be president eventually.

But what the left did to Bork, Clarence Thomas, Kasvanaugh, and Pres Trump, his family, and anybody they could destroy...

must never happen again, to ANYONE in public office.

I don't get all this anguish over Pres Trump when there is UrANIUM ONE that never got investigated or talked about.

The IRAN DEAL.. The media glossed over BENGHAZI, dammit. ETC ETC ETC.

If Hillary had won, I think the drum beat for action on those things would have been strong from a GOP Congress. If Trump cared enough he could have pursued it. The “lock her up” talk was just campaign nonsense.

I liked Rand Paul minus some of the social conservatism. At the heart of things, I am a Libertarian but I know the party has no chance against the money poured into the two main parties.

But, oddly enough, it is Pres Trump willing to deal with the hatred and the soft coup from the dangerous, corrupt deep state.

The list of conspirators keeps getting longer. THANK GOD WE ELECTED A GREAT REAL AMERICAN PRESIDENT>

outside of him being pres, I never had any use for him.

And equating the 57 states misspeak to Trump going after POWs? Bahahaha

You guys just can't help yourselves

Actually that goes back to when he had opposition as a political candidate. Kind of like when John Kerry ran there were people who didn't like him that came out of the woodwork.

Being shot down and captured isn't a particularly heroic deed. If, as the press releases state, he was offered a ticket home because of his high-profile but refused it to stay with his guys that's a pretty damn respectable Act.

If, as it's also been reported, he told Charlie what he wanted to hear I'd have probably done the same thing.

But seriously none of that makes much difference when it comes to electing a representative to carry out my wishes in the Senate. Either way.

I don't bother to open cal's shit. He can't really tell the difference anymore between one who served and one who cowered behind fake bone spurs supplied by daddy's money.

Right. It's kind of funny to hear this liberal revisionist history on Vietnam where they appear to completely forget how many people went to great lengths to avoid military service in Vietnam. Muhammad Ali is venerated as a bit of a leftist hero for refusing to serve. Granted his refusal was ballsier than Trump's but it came down to the same basic thing...neither had any urge to die in 'nam for the Democrats

Hmmm, back at that time I recall that people were actually called out for dodging the draft by conservatives. So where do you see any revision by myself here? Your post makes no sense if you say I am applying a "liberal revisionist history". Yes, I called out the draft dodger who mocks Veterans, specifically ex-POWs. "I like people who weren't captured, OK." If it looks and smells like mocking from a draft dodger, then it is. No revisionist history applied.

It is possible to dislike a lot of things at once. Trump was a better alternative to Hillary but choosing drinking a shot of your own pee over eating a log of your own shit doesn’t make piss taste like Coca Cola from there on out. Bear in mind, this is my take. The last presidential run was an indictment of the process and should have made everyone step back and ask what the fuck is going on. We were left with a cartoon character and a career shit heel.

And what does that tell you when under the leadership of a cartoon character this country has seen a boom in the economy, jobs, unemployment rate, unlike any time I can remember...if a cartoon character promises to undo the policies of Barak Hussien then I'll vote for the cartoon character.

You dare ask "what the fuck is going on" regarding the election process just because Trump got elected?  Don't blame the process. Blame your party. Some theorize that this election was the repudiation of 8 years of that ass sucking first black president.

Ask yourself what the fuck is going on with the election process when people like AOC can get elected. That question has some validity.

Have you or Woody ever asked yourself what the fuck is going on when you learned that a bunch of unelected bureaucrats from a highly respected and trusted agency decided to take it upon themselves to undo the election of a duly elected president? Probably not. You're probably pissed it didn't work out.

there is a difference, Texsagrunandhide, between breaking the law and avoiding the draft.

A friend of mine enlisted in the Air Force back in the day to avoid being drafted.

You want to call him a draft dodger, cowardly lyin Texsag?

https://www.politifact.com/punditfact/article/2015/jul/21/was-trump-draft-dodger/

"In the course of the Vietnam War, about 15.4 million men received deferments, were exempted or disqualified. In contrast to those millions, the government charged 210,000 people with draft violations, ranging from burning their draft cards to refusing to serve to fleeing the country. "

***********************************************

I'd say those 210,000 are draft dodgers. BTW, in 1971, jan, I got my notice and reported. They wouldn't draft me because of my knee after I reported for the physical. I was permanently 2a. You want to call me a draft dodger?

You are just too chicken and pouty to have genuine takes on subjects. Oh, and not very bright.

Texsag Pouty-pants.

Sure, go after his politics if you like. I mean, we can even pretend to ignore the fact that a lot of the posters calling him this awful, dirty politician now actually voted for him for president...

But you can't defend Trump saying he prefers people that weren't captured and then still try and hold some moral superiority that only your side cares about the military... Come on.

The fact it pains some posters on here to just denounce THAT statement is saying something

I DIDN'T READ IT ...SO I'M NOT REALLY WRONG....I'M JUST >>>>> well, kind of not right ....ABOUT ANYTHING SO THERE"

"Your party"? What did the Libertarians do exactly to cause the Dems and GOP to trot out absolute garbage? If you want to try to pin some sort of affection for the Dems on me then you are misplacing it greatly. Also, many things can be bad at once. AOC getting elected and the 2016 election being a joke are both bad. It isn't one or the other.

Lastly, since you haven't read anything else I put up, I openly made fun of the fact that nothing was going to happen to Trump. I knew it was a joke. I don't like Trump but I am not keen on a mockery of an impeachment attempt. Anything else you want to miss the mark on?

but the libertarians aren't a legit political party - the lesser of two not best choices is what reality is.

Anything else - has let the democrat party become the radical socialist sombeitch nazi brownshirt party,

and the repubs became the political party afraid of the cheapshot nazi brownshirts.

it's all so complicated.

gotta go fry up my bluegill.

I wish they were. I know, wish in one hand... But they best align with my beliefs. They should strongly consider trying to make headway in smaller local elections before trying to win the big one. Walking out Gary Johnson was just dumb.

I voted for him oh, but not in the primary. Choice between him and Obammy? Please.

again I've called him out numerous times on that. But remember the only reason McCain had such a long career as a senator was because he was a prisoner of war.

The fact it pains some posters on here to just denounce THAT statement is saying something
