well, this is going to encourage woodpecker to continue to be anti-Christian.

meanwhile, one of the comments:

"In 2018 alone there were 1,979 Islamic attacks in 54 countries, in which 11,775 people were killed and 11,483 injured.... But that's not a trend, nor is Islam the common denominator, right? Don Lemon will tell you white American men are the REAL terrorists. The Big Lie continues about "the religion of peace."

I still don't understand how Islam can be good, and very, very evil, depending on who is interpreting the Koran. If they even are on the latter.....

It could still very well be extremist Muslims. Apparently they received threats about a potential attack (maybe?)

I'm more interested in the government's decision to shut down social media to stop the spread of misinformation (and retaliation) after the attack.

it could be buddhists or hindus too, shit is more complicated in other cointrues than just islam vs christianity. The buddhists and hindus also sre in conflict there with each other AND muslims as well.

i just intensely dislike that rush to fingerpoint a group by basic rudimentary  internet plebes that know absolutely nothing.

if the professionals determine it was muslims these tits say "we were right" snd if they determine it wasnt muslims then its super seekret deep state cover up time

Right. Everyone knows that there are a few isolated acts of terror by people of just about any religion. Is that your point? Are there international Buddhist organizations dedicated to terror? What about Hindu terror organizations? How many Hindu or Buddhist terror organizations have committed terroristic acts across America or Europe? How many Hindus or Buddhists migrate to foreign lands and commit terror acts? Nearly all recent instances of violence by Buddhists or Hindus seem to be in their home lands against Muslims.

Talk to a Buddhist and they will express their concern that there have been a few isolated Buddhist “terrorists”. They will tell you how concerned they are that such terror will become a global problem. They condemn the violence.

Muslims rarely if ever condemn the violence. In fact, they are far more likely to dance in the streets and celebrate. Yet all they can say is that they shouldn’t be blamed.

You responded in a way to make it sound impossible and ridiculous that Buddhists or Hindus could have done this attack. That's incorrect. Take the "global" angle if you'd like, whatever helps you back up.

Also the Muslim Council of Sri Lanka condemned the attack. There are Muslim groups that frequently condemn attacks like this, it just doesn't get reported often.

Worldwide, no. But this attack was located in Sri Lanka, where there actually is a violent sect of Buddhists who've committed terrorist attacks in the area before, so to dismiss that probability off hand is pretty rash. Nor, am I dismissing a possible Islamist-motivated attack either.
