Not that capitalism is perfect but capitalism has shown to provide the best standard of living for it's people where it is practiced. All the people wanting to come to the United States is proof of that. They aren't trying to break in the doors to get in to socialist countries. In theory socialism doesn't sound bad such as spreading the wealth around. In fact the early church had a system like that where those who had plenty gave to other churches in need. In practice though, in the world, socialism fails and at best only produces shared misery and at worst a system where the elites do pretty well who are the rulers of the masses who don't fare so well.
