The rule was also challenged in San Francisco and the federal judge there has a history of blocking Trump policies. That ruling will come later today. I think the game gets played like this. Trump issues an executive order and the left files suit not in just one location but in multiple locations so if they lose in one jurisdiction they can still win in another with a different judge. The judges go in rotation so it is luck of the draw which judge you get but when you file suit in multiple jurisdictions it increases your odds of getting the judge that is most favorable. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
