OldBrownsFan
Homicides went up big in Baltimore after the riots. Also unsolved homicides. What has happened is the police have gone from being pro active police to reactive and I don't blame them for doing it. Being pro active although effective in reducing crime gets them no credit only punishment if any mistakes are made. Baltimore is getting the police force they wanted and deserve.
