When the Browns start always twisting away to not have their weight land on the qb, they will start calling "twisting the qb around from his stance" personal fouls... on the Browns and other teams that are not supposed to win and not make the NFL as much money as the huge market cities. except I saw it happen in the cincy-pukes game, and it wasn't called on pittsburg. nope. ignored.
