State Dept finishes Hillary email probe and says 38 people could face criminal charges

NBC NEWS – The State Department has completed its internal investigation into former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton’s use of private email and found violations by 38 people, some of whom may face disciplinary action.

The department determined that those 38 people were “culpable” in 91 cases of sending classified information in messages that ended up in Clinton’s personal email. The 38 are current and former State Department officials but were not identified in the report that was sent to Congress this week.

The investigation covered 33,000 emails that Clinton turned over for review after her use of the private email account became public. The department said it found a total of 588 violations involving information then or now deemed to be classified, but could not assign fault in 497 cases.

Jump to conclusions much? It does not say they will be criminally charged at all. It says some may face "disciplinary action" and that could be as little a letter going into their personnel files. No charges have been filed. Get the story right.

Here is the story Tex. What Clinton got away with by destroying 33,000 subpoenaed emails anyone else would have faced criminal charges. The FBI conducted a disgraceful and sham investigation under Comey. There is a double standard of justice for the Clintons and the rest of us. Clinton also ran a pay to play influence peddling scam while sec of state that raked in millions of dollars for the Clinton foundation. Bill got upwards of three quarters of a million dollars for a 30 minute speech. Do you really think these countries were throwing that money around like that because they liked the Clintons? Joe Biden and his son learned their grifting from the best, Bill and Hillary Clinton. You can support Hillary.I will take a pass.
