This is a disgrace. This loser was voted in to deal with this shit. Seriously, this is a fucking movie plot. Villain gets taken into custody, goons destroy the place, and pathetic cops let him out to save the entire town from being slaughtered. Except, there's no superhero or vigilante to save the day. Unbelievable. You can't disarm an entire citizenry and not defend them from these people. If it takes a war, then do it. Mexico has clearly earned the "shithole" status.
