Or just maybe she is being an impartial Supreme Court judge and giving the Trump administration the proper time to get their case together for presentation by Dec 13th. I know this may sound strange, but I actually have faith in Chief Justice Roberts to compel people that trumpy has barred from congressional testimony to appear under oath in any Senate Impeachment trial. He is the presiding judge as provided by the Constitution and he is a Constitutional oriented judge. He understands the legal oversight role of the House in our 3 way system of government as laid down in that document. Barring testimony is not a right of the Executive branch despite what trumpy may tell you. Blocking oversight will not be allowed by Chief Justice Roberts who was appointed by a real Republican, not a cult hero. Make America Constitutional Again. Meanwhile, your contention that barring them from testifying in a complete circus/farce/kangaroo court is of course, LeGAL. The House has oversight - but it is being hideously abused by the house for totally corrupt reasons - politically trying to undo the last election results with absolutely NO REASON.
