Vambo Posted February 13, 2020 Report Share Posted February 13, 2020 Roger’s jury foreperson’s anti-Trump posts surface, other jurors scrutinized Former Memphis City Schools Board President Tomeka Hart revealed Wednesday that she was the foreperson of the jury that convicted former Trump adviser Roger Stone on obstruction charges last year -- and soon afterward, her history of Democratic activism and a string of her anti-Trump, left-wing social media posts came to light. Hart even posted specifically about the Stone case before she voted to convict, as she retweeted an argument mocking those who considered Stone's dramatic arrest in a predawn raid by a federal tactical team to be excessive force. She also suggested President Trump and his supporters are racist and praised the investigation conducted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller, which ultimately led to Stone's prosecution... ... If Hart have provided misleading answers on her jury form concerning her political or social media activity, her views on Trump and the Russia probe, or other related matters, there could be grounds for Stone's team to seek a new trial, legal experts told Fox News. OldBrownsFan Posted February 13, 2020 Report Share Posted February 13, 2020 I saw Judge Napolitano on Fox today (who has been no big fan of Trump) say that because of this there was no doubt in his mind that Stone should be granted a new trial. I doubt if the Obama appointed judge in the case will grant it though. We'll see what happens. Dislike Pres Trump whatever reasons - they recently just called VP Pence a "dog" and have legally tried to screw over Pence's Wife. They would have started in on Pence, even if Pres Trump was a wimp who gave up and resigned. It's a civil war for control of our country - and control over all of our lives and they permanently want us to be helpless to ever change it back. I'm just glad we have alternative media today because the MSM is corrupt and might as well be a branch of the DNC. As the letter by the democrat woman who went to the Trump rally said all her misconceptions she had about Trump and his supporters was because of the liberal media lying to her.
