WSS The poor in Venezuela thought they were getting one of their own poor barrios born and raised when they voted Chavez in and then re-voted him in after he changed the Constitution to allow a second 5 year term. They didn't learn that by the time he got that changed to unlimited terms, it was too late to get him and then Maduro out of power after Chavez died. At first they were fulfilling promises (sound familiar), but over time the corruption of connected cronies took over completely and now they have a broken government and starving people even worse than before Chavez came from the people with his "Bolivarian Revolution".
