Trump Champions Our Independence in This Afternoon's Presser while having quietly asked S. Korea for help earlier that day

Both countries issue "read outs" of calls made between their leaders...

South Korea's read out included Trumps request and the ensuing discussion.

Our White House's read out doesn't mention any of it.

What is it with this guy? How can anyone be so insecure?

it was tentative, depending on the available of extra equipment, which makes perfect sense.

again, S. Korea has faced threats of war from N. Korea, so they are far more realistically equipped for

a bio agent attack.

Kinda like making jokes about preppers, then panic buying now that we have a legit crisis on our hands.

S. Korea never had the luxury of making jokes about N. Korean threats.

Appreciate the civil reply, cal, truly.... but doesn't answer my question.

Why seek to hide the topic?

Why not go into the afternoon presser and shout out, "I'm willing to do anything... even ask S. Korea for help!"

Because this is the reality of the man in charge, like it or not.
