The mainstream media owes its Allegiance first to the Democrats second to the Democrat establishment 3rd to anyone who hates the Republicans. Bernie posed a threat to a couple of the parties most distasteful candidates Hillary and now Joe. The MSM did what they always do. It wasn't because Sanders was an open socialist the democrat party brought the long knives out against him (using their MSM allies) but because the democrat establishment knew our country hasn't yet reached the point they would elect an open socialist so they had to take out Bernie. If they thought Sanders could win they would have supported him. It is all about winning. Sanders breed of socialism is not much different than what they advocate for but Sanders mistake was he is too open about his socialism.

And frankly I'm not sure Bernie was as weak a candidate as they thought. Especially in comparison to that idiot Biden. Like Obama did 12 years ago I think Bernie could have shocked the nation. His problem with the general election would be the same as in the primary getting the young people off their dead ass to vote. WSS

Most of the political experts gave Trump little chance of winning. The powers that be in the democrat party believed Sanders could not win though so they took him out.
