Tour2ma
Late game... Despite being slightly inappropriate given the game was still tight... if not in doubt... it was really good to see BM on the bench flanked by Landry and OBJ chillin' and clearly enjoying the nite's results together. Clearly in Cinci's last drive Stef/Joe Woods considered the clock to be the bigger opponent... and it all turned out in the end. Post game... OBJ got the tone right in his interview with the NFL Networks' talking heads. He talked about working... he talked about enjoying the win... he talked about Chubb and Hunt, especially Chubb, and how much he means to their Offense. Baker? Not so much... way too serious. Now it's not like the studio host helped set a good tone when she asked him if he "felt any particular way when he woke up that morning." Baker brushed the leading question aside quickly... leaving childish things behind I guess. Anyway from there tone was way too serious... no joy. And capper was an Irvin "question" about fan criticism following Week 1 that ended with an invitation to Baker to fire back. Baker wisely declined to do so, but his inclusion of a cryptic "the Mayfield household does not forget" was unsettling. The one positive was his addressing the O's Week 1 pratfall with a tip of his hat to the Raven's D followed immediately by "our bigger concern was our not playing to our potential"... or words to that effect. It was ot until Baker was gifted an electric guitar from and autographed by some group he follows that the kid in him came out. Other musings as they occur... TexasAg1969
Concur on the two WRs sitting on either side of him including him in their LSU based friendship. Nothing says unity like that. Also watching Baker head bumping all his OLs.

Yup... a QB's got to stay on the good side of his OL... Comment reminded me of a shot of Gustin yucking it up with MD and the DL after MG's strip-sack when Gustin planted Burrows with the shot of the nite on him.
