Correct. Probably no reason they should on a constitutional basis. As you recall through his controversial discussion over the public mandate. The Mandate itself was eventually ruled constitutional but not under the parameters of what Great and Powerful constitutional scholar Obama thought. Beyond that my money would be on Roe v Wade not being overturned. I don't particularly care if it is but if it is it will be on sound legal Theory.
