THE BROWNS BOARD

Browns with a winning season

As Browns fans have suffered with losing seasons year after year, since their return in 1999, this historic team has taken a lot of negative remarks, put downs, jokes, and just taunting . Finally, a much deserved team has a winning record to be proud of. Football commentators are all on the Browns winning wagon and are given this team high reguards to making it in the playoffs. But that's when your coaching and players have to put all they have in making that 1st playoff win, and then on to your next game. Im enjoying the achievements this team has made this year, and the beginning of a new chapter in Browns history.

What's going to suck is if the Steelers knock them out of the playoffs in week 17....assuming the other teams in contention do not lose again

I just read this fun nugget in a recent Joe Posnanski article.

“Kevin Stefanski could go 0-16 in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 AND 2026 — and he would still begin the 2027 season with a better winning percentage than Hue Jackson.”

Come on. That can’t be right. Let’s do the math.

Stefanski now: 10-4, .714 winning percentage.

If Stefanski loses his next 96 games through the end of 2026: 10-100, .091 winning percentage.

Hue Jackson’s record with the Browns: 3-36-1, .088 winning percentage.

Yep. Checks out.

I'll just say it's so much more pleasant to be discussing potential playoff scenarios right before Christmas than the usual- Who are we going to draft next April.  :)

Don't look now, but Harrison practiced Wednesday and may be cleared earlier than expected from his injury.

Coaches already said he won't play vs Jets. More than likely be activated for the Stoolers game.

No.. After Clay Jr and Ray Ray... The quality at Lber has slipped IMHO... Although Clay III and Brian Urlacher were very formidable.. And thee recently retired Luke Keuchly
