Whatever records there might have been to lead someone to a conclusion one way or the other no doubt have been destroyed lost falsified et cetera. What's ironic is that it didn't matter in the 1st place. If somebody fucked up in the lab oh well. Unless you can prove they were trying to work up some sort of germ warfare shit.
