I think the subject was pretty clear. I don't think it's been derailed yet. By anybody.

It's obviously a shot at the IQ of people of a certain age that the Woodpecker hates.

paybacks are a woodpecker's subject-wrecker. Lead poisoning - terrible - but is not politics, unless, I suppose, you bring up Detroit and the hardcore corrupt democrat run city government. Or, chinese putting lead in paint and children's toys and shoes etc etc etc etc.
