Only made to kiss the asses of the lunatic left. It might go a long way toward holding onto power if he could do an about-face on a lot of the destructive policies he forced on America. Biden could actually make a speech tomorrow apologizing to America and reversing 90% of this crazy stuff. Tell the American people he can no longer follow the suggestions guidelines orders whatever you call it, of the crazy people on the left. Might make him look like less of a stooge.
